Moonforge, osa 2
As teased for the whole season, finally some code! And a lot of it. Presenting how I implemented an IDP for my use case, with heavy inspiration from OIDC - but with a "cloud native" twist by building the whole system to be aware of the reverse proxy right from the start. Let's just hope I didn't include too many bugs - it's always extra insane to implement one's own security solutions. But at least I used good building blocks: Keycloak, ASP.NET OIDC and JWT.
Maybe a bit too long, but I think there's still a lot of good content there. There's a high probability that someone might find something in this video useful. Though, didn't even have the time to go to some more interesting implementation details which could perhaps have been even more useful.
At the start of the video tried sticking to the script more religiously, but it was absolutely horrible.
Now the camera work was at a satisfactory level settings-wise. And focus was good with area selection - although had to shoot one section again because focus was completely lost... Continued to try out a couple of other lights and camera positions. Filmed in 400 Mbit ISO400 4k 29.94 fps. Some shots with 20mm f/1.7 pancake @ around f/2.2 - f/1.8; the bits where I was closer to the camera with 12-35mm @ something like 14mm f/2.8. Image noise is now at expected levels. Screen capture with OBS, NVENC @ 60 Mbps, with Nvidia Broadcast doing background removal. Did some color matching between shots.
Some (?) parts recorded with Nvidia Broadcast noise and echo removal; but somehow missed the perceived volume of the screen capture section is a lot higher than the others, even though I used the speech volume leveler on it. Maybe related, found out that when screen recording, the mic position seems to lie at such a distance from the wall that certain frequencies were amplified - didn't bother to eq that out specifically; sorry about that.
I'd also still like to improve the stage itself, and I feel the lights were a bit too harsh now. But speaking in relative terms, this is a lot better than how the season started with.
